Friday's Short Review: The Princess & The Penis by R. J. Silver

Title: The Princess & the Penis
Author: R. J. Silver
Genre: Fiction, Romance
Publisher: R. J. Silver
Format: E-book

“A beautiful, chaste, and completely naive princess encounters a strange lump in her mattress. The lump soon morphs into a shape familiar to everyone but her, triggering her curiosity and her father's greatest fears. He frantically tries to intervene, but having a large phantom phallus in a curious maiden's bed is never a good combination.”

Princess Amalia is a very beautiful, kind and innocent young girl. Her father King Norwood has protected her virtue all her life. He even posts guards by her side all the time to prevent any intent against his daughter’s virtue.
Amalia is betrothed to Prince Rupert. He chose Amalia because of her innocence and virtue and her father accepted him because Prince Rupert is a great match for his daughter, Rupert is from a very rich land.
But Amalia is having restless nights; there is a lump in her mattress that doesn’t let her sleep. She is waking up with pain in her rump. The lump pokes her everywhere, if she sleeps on her back the lump pokes her in the back, is she sleep on her side the lump pokes in her side.
The mattress is changed countless times, the room is searched every night, more guards are post by her door but the lump continues to appears in her bed.
His father suspects the lump is an evil demon who wants to steal his daughter’s virtue. He needs to get rid of the lump before Princes Rupert's arrival to the castle.
The king orders Amalia to chop the lump, but Amalia has grown fond of the lump, it reminds her of a pet ferret, it feels good between her legs and in her chest and she wants to keep it. She decides to lie to her parents and does everything in her hands (legs, mouth) possible to protect her lump.

When I heard and read so many good reviews about this story I decided I have to give it a try, and I was not disappointed. The Princes and the Penis is a fabulous short story.

The king and queen are trying to protect their daughter’s virtue. The daughter is trying to protect the lump. The aunts are trying to talk to Amalia about sex. Prince Rupert is trying to marry Amalia, and of course our hero, the penis from the land of Shlongdia is trying to stay with the princess. All this factors make this an unforgettable funny story.

My final thought: From beginning to end this story will have you laughing out loud. The characters are hilarious in their own different ways. The dialogues between aunt Leila and aunt Ingrid are memorable.
The best news is that this is a free read, you can download it or read it here:
Goodreads or here: Smashwords Go on, give it a try and have a good laugh.

 My Verdict: 4 Paws
