Top Off Tuesday: The Better To See You by Kate SeRine

Today as previous Tuesdays I’m participating on Top Off Tuesday. Top Off Tuesday is a feature hosted by Felicia from The Geeky Book Blogger's Book Blog, Amanda from On a Book Bender, and Christi from Smitten with Reading.

What better way to start the day than with a nice chest book cover. The chest cover I have for you today is the chest cover of The Better To See You. The Better To See You is the second book in the Transplanted Tales series by Kate SeRine.

The Transplanted Tales series is one of the most original series in the market. Kate SeRine took our favorite fairy tales and gave them a unique twist. For example, this book is about Lavender Seelie, Cinderella’s former fairy godmother and Seth, the big bad wolf from Little Red Riding Hood. The books in this series are not only unique, they are also fun, sexy and have engaging stories. If you haven’t read this series you are missing great books.

The Refuge, a sanctuary for wayward Tales, seems like the perfect place for Lavender to start a new life—especially when she discovers an unexpected ally in Seth, the brooding werewolf who’s been typecast as a villain ever since his run in with Little Red Riding Hood. But when humans from nearby towns start turning up dead, their bodies mutilated with archaic Tale symbols, Lavender wonders if Seth’s deep sensuality has blinded her to the truth. And that distraction could put innocent lives in danger. Including her own…"

  3. Ooh! I read the first in this series and really liked it. This one looks pretty awesome, too! Not just the cover, either. Although that is VERY nice.
